What we collect
When you book a demo class, we collect the parent's name, WhatsApp number, optional email, country, the child's first name and class, syllabus, subjects, preferred time of day, and any note you write. When you apply to teach, we collect your contact details, location, subjects and availability, your experience, and an optional résumé.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to contact you about the demo class or your application, to arrange classes, and to plan learning for your child. We do not sell your details.
Who sees it
The details are stored on our website server and are visible to the One-To-One Education team. When a form is submitted, we receive a WhatsApp alert so we can respond quickly. That alert is sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business platform and contains a short summary such as the name, phone number, class and subjects.
Keeping and deleting your details
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by calling or messaging us on +91 97787 95342.
Children's information
Forms on this website are for parents and guardians to fill in. We ask only for the child details we need to arrange a suitable class.
